I live in New York and every time I visit my friend (social worker) in the Welfare Office, I found that most blacks and Puerto Ricans are queuing up for welfare, food stamps. Section 8 public housing. She said theres like three generations of blacks and Puerto Ricans who have come to the office, first out.Its wonderful life in New York with so many immigrants, but these two races, decided to quit. Why are these people like the rest of America.
